Shuttle to airport after many requests and complaints. Front desk staff very rude, not helpful and nobody tried to help to show us the room or help to bring our luggage up to the room. Complain about the shuttle.. they said they didn’t have anything scheduled for me. Very unprofessional front desk personnel.
