Demora na resolucao de problemas

Quarto sem condicoes de uso. Fomos recebidos antes do hroario do chekin, o q foi excelente, porem ficamos em um dos quartos e aguardamos pra ir pro segundo quarto quando o restante da familia chegasse, as 18 horas. Durante o dia haviamos pedido pra trocar o quarto pois as camas nao pareciam confortaveis, tinham resondido q nao tinha outro disponivel. Quando fomos de fato para o quarto, o ar condicionado nao funcionou e ficamos aguardando autorizacao pra disponibilizarem outro quarto. Resolveram, mas causou um transtorno desnecessário.
