Not sure why this property is so highly rated. It was (mostly) clean and minimally comfortable. Shower had grout blackened by mildew. Two towels but no hand towels. Had to ask maintenance to come up and show is how to get the AC working. (We correctly deciphered the handheld control, but there was a separate unmarked wall switch almost hidden by the bed.) Restaurant closes relatively early after dinner. Price was high for this quality of accommodation. It was clean and comfortable enough, but below what I expected given the photos and price.

OK to stay for short time

The room was good, but the first thing we saw when opening the room door was a cochroche. Dinner and service at the restaurant were disapointing, but breakfast was good. Restaurant staff not very attentive and not very friendly. No English speeking staff at the desk or in the restaurant. Front desk staff friendly and helpfull, allowed us to store a suit case, which was not needed, at the hotel for a week.

O hotel é antigo, tem um bom café da manhã, alguns funcionários que atendem muito bem, outros que precisam melhorar muito. Tivemos muitos espirros, quando verificamos o ar condicionado, estava muito sujo, então, precisamos limpar para dormir melhor. No dia do feriado de carnaval ficamos muito irritados porque as 7h da manhã começaram muitos barulhos, segundo nos informaram estavam reformando um apartamento, em pleno feriado e às 7h da manhã, isso foi muito irritante e totalmente inadequado, ficamos 5 dias e, em um dos dias esqueceram de colocar toalhas limpas e tapetes no banheiro. Infelizmente não foi uma hospedagem tão agradável como esperávamos.

Quarto novo e limpo. Pedi para trocarem o travesseiro e foi feito prontamente. Houve um problema em relação ao consumo, visto que não consumi nada no frigobar e foi incluído no conta. Ao informar à atendente sobre a ausência de consumo ela corretamente retirou os valores. Contudo, falou que "não iria cobrar" em tom que pareceu que eu havia consumido e que queria apenas encerrar a discussão. Importante precaução na análise dos consumos para evitar esse tipo de constrangimento.

Hotel encontra se em boas condições. Limpeza adequada, lençóis íntegros, café da manhã muito bom! Minha família foi muito bem atendida na recepção e nas demais inter locuções necessárias no hotel. Recebemos um kit pet na chegada inclusive! Estacionamento fechado com manobrista. Recomendo e voltaria !
