We booked two nights but couldn’t even make it past the first. Unfortunately, no refund was given. The hotel is extremely old, broken down, and had a terrible smell throughout. When we checked in, we were told the elevator had already been out of service for two months. The latch lock on our door didn’t work, the bedding looked dirty, and the refillable shampoo in the shower was completely empty. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend—or even to an enemy.

Hope you like to climb stairs

A little scary at first. Doesn't look like a great part of town. Elevator still not working. No lids for coffee. Spilled all of my coffee hiking to the third floor. Wasn't terribly miserable but I would not stay there again

All in all not too bad. Definitely does not reflect condition of the hotel in the pictures. Hotel is much older than what you see in photos. Elevator completely broken. Before we officially checked in they did offer us rooms on the first floor but they were handicapped and or a two-bedroom room. Hate to say it but the bed was not even completely made when we got here. Sheet was short sheeted. Extreme humidity in the room. Had a dehumidifier set up. You could see some humidity damage throughout the place. Water faucet in tub on a constant stream. Would not shut off completely. Coffee pot did short out when we tried to use it. Brought us a brand new one. Still in the box within 10 minutes. Staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly

I really enjoyed my stay. the hotel manager made sure that he was able to accommodate my needs. My husband is in a wheel chair and his needs was met. Very comfortable beds. I will stay here again.

Almost worst hotel ive ever stayed at. There was so many problems from bugs, stains, broken elevator, crappy breakfast, charging me 3 x or more what rate should've been. Just a joke as far as im concerned and they didnt care at all.

Refund wanted

Walk in the room to a mold smell room was damp had dehumidifier in the room full of water...bathroom was well toilet over flowing and full of someone else...took 2 hrs to get this problem fixed at that point it was 9:30 pm kids and wife and myself was so gross 😝 out...but yet too tired to pack back up and drive another hour..so we stuck it out till 5am then left very unhealthy place to stay and never will i put my family in that situation again...-0 🌟
