They gave me a room that had a terrible smell and they knew about it because when I asked if I can change rooms they knew that the room had the issue, so why they gave me that one if they had more and knew that the room had issues and everybody was aware even the cleaning lady mentioned. Then I was transferred to a different room that it wasn’t clean and also the bathroom had an almost transparent curtain in the window facing outside. For the price that you pay, they can improve. The ladies at the restaurant are excellent.

Was sad to see the day we were leaving the pool was closed for 3-4 hours in the morning. Traveling with kids they looked forward to using the pool the day we were leaving and was upset. Feel like some sort of warning should have been made.

This hotel is great for being in Belize City. Clean comfortable rooms, great foodl, good cafe/coffee bar. Belize City is not a place to hang out and enjoy, but the hotel is great for a stop over or need a place to stay for a night or two. Nothing to do in Belize City and very unsafe on the South side of the city where this hotel dropped us off for shopping.

Noisy, loud staff in the morning. Heard a lot of yelling, loud talking from staff, walkie talkie noise, thumping probablyfrom cleaning items. They woke me up multiple times. A lot of items on the menu werent available some including mint, cantaloupe or the specials. Servers didn't seem knowledgeable about the menu but they were very nice. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
