Located on the edge to the popular seaside town of Cromer, within 10 minutes’ distance of the town centre, promenade, pier and sandy beach, this detached brick and flint farmhouse enjoys an enclosed lawned garden with stepped seating terrace and provides an excellent venue for all year round holidays. The North Norfolk Steam Railway, golf course and Splash leisure centre are all close by, also, Felbrigg and Blickling NT stately homes are within 20 minutes’ drive. Visit Blakeney for boat trips to see the seal colonies and Blakeney Point NT nature reserve. Golf course and putting range available locally. Cromer carnival week is held the third week of August. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Spent an amazing week here for our granddaughters first holiday. Plenty of room for 2 couples and a baby. It has all of the equipment and house amenities you could need. Spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack. Only a small negative, we were really looking forward to the hot tub, but there was no option to turn the temp down (it was uncomfortably hot, we have one at home so we are used to them) and it then bleached our swimwear, so we did not use again. Farmhouse is well equipped but the description does include separate toilet downstairs but there isn't one! Dishwasher takes some working out as when you close the door it turns it sometimes turns it off!
