Property was undergoing renovations and it was loud, with construction. Hot water was out until anround 7:00 pm. Equipment throughout one half of our floor. They worked until around 6:00 pm. We knew about construction before visit, so we were okay with everything!

The staff was very responsive, the rooms were clean and tidy. The property is being renovated and upgraded so the mess outside and some signs inside is understandable. We had to change rooms due to a TV which was no benefit (no signal) nor did the room phone work. Both rooms were the furthest from the elevators on the assigned floor which made it difficult for my wife who has balance problems when walking. I should have requested a room closer to the elevators or one on the first floor so that’s on me. Hope the next stay, in a couple weeks will be better. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

We did not like the room since it was next to the elevator and had a guge crack in the window. We called to have the room changed but were told it could not be done. We will consider staying in a non Hampton Inn during our next road trip.

This hotel is undergoing renovations but there wasn’t any construction noise while we visited. Our first room was huge and had a full sofa and two beds.. but the new AC unit was leaking water and soaked their brand new carpet. They promptly moved us to another new room, a tad smaller but still very nice. Beds were comfortable (though quite firm) and everything was super clean. Pool area and hot tub were excellently kept and spacious. Breakfast was great with a good selection before we hit the road again. Staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate or provide local recommendations. Would easily stay here again next time we’re passing through!

This hotel is undergoing some renovations but the room we had was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options are sufficient with hot and cold items. Easy on and off the interstate. Would stay here again

We reserved a room to sleep 5 and requested a rollaway bed in advance. When we arrived we were told they had just given away the last one. We were told the manager would arrive at 11pm and perhaps she "could find one" somewhere. We waited up and never heard from her. We had to share 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 3 teens. The room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. Rooms should be designated as pet-friendly or not so those without animals aren't placed in rooms that smell like dogs. We didn't even want to put our bags on the floor in the room. The hotel is under construction but they should not be selling dirty/half-renovated rooms. They should also not allow people to book for 5 people if they can't provide rollaway beds. The pool/breakfast area were nice so I assume the hotel will be better when the renovations are done.

Appears to be an older and parts of which are under renovation that has caused a good deal of dust and dirt in the common areas of the hotel. The room was clean however the bathroom commode was loose and rocked back and forth when sitting down or getting up. The. Sink had a hole and crack in it. So I guess the overall renovation is needed. Nice friendly and courteous staff.
