The two-storey holiday home built in 2015 is located in the popular resort Dramlj on the Crikvenica Riviera. It is near the center, ideal for a relaxing family holiday, as well as for active vacationers and water sports enthusiasts.

The house offers 120m² of living space and can accommodate up to ten people. It is tastefully decorated in warm colors. The ground floor has a bathroom and a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining room with open kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, toilet and washing machine. The living room has a seating area with satellite TV and two comfortable sofa beds (180 x 200cm), each for two people. The dining area is next for eight people. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The upper floor has three bedrooms. The first and second are each equipped with a double bed, while the third has bunk beds (each 90 x 200 cm) has, which is also suitable for adults. The upstairs bathroom also has a shower and toilet. There are two air conditioners in the house, in the living room and bedroom with balcony.

Before the first bedroom there is a beautiful covered balcony with table and chairs. On the ground floor in front of the living room is a covered terrace with garden furniture and children can play on the other terrace with a children's playground. An electric barbecue is available and there are two on-site parking.
