Very nice flat in a quiet location. It is suitable for 4 persons and is located in Dramalj, a small suburb of Crikvenica. The flat consists of a living/dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a bedroom for 2 persons, a bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a marvellous sea view. It is located on the 2nd floor. It has a combined living/dining room with kitchen, parquet and tiled floors and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, kitchen towels, electric/gas hob, oven, fridge without freezer compartment, coffee filter machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, parquet flooring and carpet. The bathroom is equipped with WC and shower. The private balcony is partially covered and offers a 6 m² sea view as well as seating and a parasol.
