This spacious ground floor flat is situated in a quiet and central location. As it is on a raised ground floor, you can see the small river ‘Dubracina’, which flows through the centre of Crikvenica. The river provides a cool breeze even on the hottest summer days. The flat consists of a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a lovely terrace with a barbecue. Due to its location on the ground floor, the flat is always pleasantly warm. The flat does not have air conditioning.
