The 90 m2 flat for 4-5 people is located on the 3rd floor of the house directly by the sea and is divided into one single room, two double rooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. From the living room and bedroom you have direct access to the balcony with a unique sea view. There are also two terraces available to you and all guests of the house. One of the communal terraces also offers a beautiful view over the rooftops to the sea. The garden and barbecue area are available to you and all guests of the house. The swimming pool is located behind the house and is shared with three other flats. A daily fee is charged for use of the pool. The car park is located on the property.
