The fireplace added that additional touch that made your stay. Felt so warm on a cool evening/night ( down to 32)

The cabin was old mountain Montana style, think the mattresses and comforters need upgrading for more comfort. The futon couch was more for sleeping, not comfortable as a couch, rather slouching. Needed a bit more detail in cleaning around the edges in the bathroom, as I notice those things. The solid wooden table could be move out into the living space more so it's easier to move around in the kitchenette.

It would be perfect if you’re looking for rustic. Dishes in the cabinets and silverware weren't clean, the pillows smelled dank but it may have been from previous fireplace usage. Staff was okay but not personable. This would be a good hunters spot.

The staff is the best part about this resort. The rooms are out dated and dirty. They do have a fireplace inside the room, along with a small heater. Convenient place to stop on our way. Probably would be a better winter destination.

There are very few properties in the are around Crater Lake, and from the looks of others we passed, this was the best option. Still, it was very dated and worn for the price. One restaurant and a small drive thru close by, and a convenience store across the street. Looked much better in the listing. Front desk person and housekeeping staff were friendly.

Took the family to Crater Lake and wanted a place to stay somewhat close. Did my research and saw Willamette Pass Inn was close to our favorites Odell Lake and Crescent Lake. It was a no brainer. Nice locals and much needed close by store. The room was fine and pretty spacious. The one drawback for me being 6’5” the chairs were not comfortable but oh well. Thank you for everything and keep on keeping on!

Rustic feeling was nice. Wood burning fireplace was great, and firewood was provided. Bathroom was clean. Silverware was lacking in number. Coffee pot needed scrubbing. Kitchenette needs an overhaul. The lighting was dim.
