This home offers a cozy open-concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living area. Fire up the outdoor propane grill for a complete outdoor living destination, allowing guests to cook a steak meal or barbecue while enjoying the ranch atmosphere. Includes a full-size washer and dryer. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Two bathrooms (one is in the garage), both have large walk-in showers for a spa-like feel in a rustic setting. Drive time to Guthrie is approximately 25 minutes or a quick 7 minutes to get to the City of Crescent.
