Disappointment

The location is okay but not very calm. The owner assured me several times that the pool was totally private, which is not the case! Neigbours could see us! Owner charged me 50 euros for damage that was already there. Very unfair!

Séjour agréable à La Plana de Creixell

Maison dans un endroit très calme. Ivan Garcia était très à l'écoute de nos remarques et il nous a donné entière satisfaction. Le seul bémol c'est l'absence de climatisation. les ventilateurs de plafond et sur pied n' arrivent pas à rafraichir les chambres. Dommage ! car l'endroit nous plait et nous avons déjà séjourné dans le coin il y a 3 ans ( réservation Interhome). Nous verrons pour l'année prochaine. Merci Henri ESPOSITO

La casa está ubicada en una zona tranquila muy cerca de la playa en coche. Para un grupo de personas es ideal. El dueño nos ha atendido de maravilla atendiendo nuestras peticiones y respondiendo muy rápido a las mismas.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, le quartier est calme et plutôt bien situé (mais il n'est pas aisé d'allé à la plage a pied c'est à 1 km et il y a une route à traverser sans passage piéton). La communication avec le gérant a été très fluide et agréable. La piscine sur place est un vrai plus, il manquerait juste un peu d'ombre pour se reposer et quelque jeux pour les enfants. Les chambres sont heureusement équipées de ventilateurs au plafond car , malgré les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit, il y faisait chaud. nous avons eu un problème avec l'eau chaude qui était capricieuse ainsi qu'avec le congélateur qui se mettait en alarme, le gérant à pris note pour régler ça. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite cela pourrait être mieux, il n'y a pas de barre pour s'accrocher dans la douche et les toilettes. La porte qui donne à la chambre du bas est très juste en largeur, il n'est pas facile d'y faire passer un fauteuil. le lavabo n'est pas non plus adapté, on ne peut pas passer les jambes d'une personne en fauteuil roulant. enfin, il y a une marche importante à l'entrée de la maison qui oblige un levage de fauteuil "musclé". pour une maison pouvant accueillir autant de monde, quelques saladier et autres ustensiles de cuisine en plus serait souhaitable (il manquait une cafetière à notre arrivé, une seule petite planche à découper etc) une plancha, même électrique, serait top! ce sont surtout des détails mais cela améliorerait la prestation qui est plutôt bonne. une bonne adresse, bien situé et calme.

Superfint hus - perfekt för en slapp, härlig solsemester!

Vi var 5 vuxna och 4 barn mellan 9 och 14 år. Alla trivdes jättebra i det välskötta och rymliga huset! Härlig utomhusyta vid poolen och 10 minuters promenad ner till stranden som var toppenfin! Ca: 1 km promenad till Liedl och Mercadona. Ivan var en hjälpsam och trevlig värd som svarade snabbt på våra frågor och hjälpte till att boka taxi till flygplatsen. Vi är alla mycket nöjda med veckan i huset!

Viaje con familia y amigos a Tarragona

Casa estupenda para alojarse con niños, muy limpia con patio amplio para comer y cenar fuera de la casa en verano, a 6 minutos en coche de la playa de Roda de Bará y Torredembarra. Piscina limpia y cómoda. Fantástico trato de Iván y Yoli con recomendaciones.

DESCANSO Y TRANQUILIDAD

El alojamiento esta genial, todo muy cuidado y limpio. El lugar es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilo. Por poner un pero, hay que ir a la playa en coche, estando a 5 min a pie, pero no se puede cruzar la carretera por falta de acceso peatonal. En cuanto a Ivan, es el anfitrion perfecto! Es una persona muy agradable y atenta. Esta muy pendiente de que todo este perfecto y da un trato muy cercano sin agobiar.
