The floors in our room were filthy when we went to take our socks off the soles were black from the floors. It was quite disgusting. Im sure they never mop these floors.

Our stay was perfect. It filled all our needs. The room was clean & comfortable. I am handi-capped, using a walker. We were able to park in front of the door of our room. Staff was friendly & welcoming. The breakfast was simple. Beverages, cereal,muffins, bagels, yogurt, no hot foods,some fruit. Would stay again. Didnt try the pool.

Upon arrival, we asked for a main floor room due to limited mobility. We were charged extra. The room was absolutely filthy, from top to bottom with rogue hairs all over the bathroom, in the tub and walls/toilet. There was no power to the kitchen outlets. In the morning, there was someone peeping in through the window where the curtains didn't quite close. The hottub wasn't working but wasn't sure we would even try given the state of the room.

Nothing fancy, but worked for the night. Our security detail approved the outer premise and check in was easy. No bed bugs and like the three bears we all had separate beds, mine was just right! Free but basic breakfast was nice and not too hot or too cold!

Walls were paper thin and could hear the people upstairs like they were in our room. Every step they took was loud!The traffic and train kept us up all night. Beds were squeeky and hard.

We got the suite room. The A.C did not reach the rooms, only the common area. Very outdated, old, smelly, doors creaking. Breakfast opened at 730 am and was very limited. Muffins, toast, coffee, juice box.

The site said they were open till midnight, when I arrived at 1103pm everything was closed and locked up. We called numerous times with no response then, once calling an emergency number we were told that, they close at 11pm not 12pm. They said they ran our credit card and charged the room and put the key under the mat by the door. Well this is not very safe way of doing things and no one called to authorize the cc. Then the key didn’t work for the room and we had to wait again for someone to come and they were not happy that they had to come and give us a key. Remember I was traveling with my 10 year old daughter that was attending a gymnastics competition in the morning. Once in the room they were not the cleanest room. We played our own blanks on top of bed to sleep because things were not of great standard cleanliness why’s. So from a security and cleanliness point of view we were totally discussed with the stay at this property. We travel to a lot of places over the year and this was any not good.
