It’s an older property, but clean & adequate. Nice to be a bit away from traffic of Bar Harbor, but not difficult to get there. Pretty marina & restaurant with patio within walking distance

Very comfortable and a great location!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved their gift shop. The room that we stayed in had been newly remodeled. The location near the Marina was undeniably adorable.The downside to the hotel was that the exterior walkways are made of planks, and as everybody rolls their suitcases, it's extremely loud. Also, there seems to be no insulation between the walls and between the floors.

The Hotel and the area around is safe. You get free parking was a plus . I liked that I could walk front office and get me a cup of hot coffee. The Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel area was lack of restaurants or shopping. We would drive to Bar Harbor to eat dinner and it’s about 20 minutes drive. Also, hotel bar closed too early for us which was 9pm

There were only a couple of things to mention. Overall we had a good stay, however in our room we had a door that I am guessing would lead to the room next door, this may be this way for families, however having that door or the walls being thin we could hear the folks talking in the room next door. We could also hear folks outside talking. Also it was hard controlling the temp as the heater is an old style dial and we found it hard to control the temp. Otherwise it was a nice place and very clean. We liked the ounge room as well, sitting up at night playing games that are provided, made it feel like we were at home.
