This cozy, 2-bedroom cottage is nestled on a private 1-acre lot, is accessible by an easy drive along the TCH, and is less than an hour from the St. John's airport. Far enough to feel like you've gotten away from it all, but close enough to everything to make easy day-trips to all that Eastern Newfoundland has to offer. Perfect for families, a couple of friends, or a romantic getaway. Watch the sunsets from the front deck or the private hot tub, enjoy a fire (indoors or out), hike nearby trails, relax by the water, or check out the nearby golf courses, breweries, or quaint Newfoundland out-ports and towns.
