Featuring open plan living dining and kitchen area with split system heating and cooling. Comfortable lounge with tv and dvd player, central dining table and well equipped kitchen with electric cooking microwave and dishwasher. WiFi is available.

There are 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom with queen bed has en-suite bathroom and walk in robe. The other 2 bedrooms both have tri-bunks (single on top and double on the bottom) making lots of of beds for the family.
The laundry has washing machine and ironing facilities.
The double lock up garage is available for use and the small garden area is fully fenced.

Great location close to beach Very nice house set-up, beds, kitchen stuff, garage, plenty of room, etc. Could have been a bit cleaner, windows needed cleaning, missing a few things like sponges and scourers. Overall a very good stay, we'll come back.

Great value, great location, loads of space
Lovely property close to everything you need. Unit is big with plenty of space for everyone. We’re a family of 5 and did not get in each other’s way at all. Great value for money. A few areas not super clean but considering the price, not a huge issue.
Wifi was a welcome addition.

Close to beach
A nice 3 bedroom unit close to the beach and a short walk to Cowes. The house was clean and the living area bigger than the photos. Missing air con in the bedrooms when renting in the summer but otherwise a really nice place to stay.
