A lot Hair was on both top & fitted sheets, the room had an horrific mildew smell, which we had to go to Walmart to buy candles, the lamp shades were full of dust and something looking like mold on them. And to top off EVERYTHING THE TV DIDN’T EVEN WORK. I went to the front desk to see if I could get another one or have someone come fix the problem, he said NO I couldn’t get another tv and there was NOTHING HE COULD DO. The only reason why we even stayed here was because our Airbnb booking was cancelled the day off our event and couldn’t find any other accommodations but on Travelocity this hotel had a 8/10 rating. Not sure how that was possible. This is the exact reason why we don’t do hotels/motels anymore…..NEVER AGAIN…The hotel never took money off my bill or anything to try and rectify the situation. The morning manager just said they Travelocity would handle any refunds and that’s a whole other situation. So I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE EVER!!!!!

They need an elevator. You have to walk up steps Carrying your items. If you are staying two days or more, that’s a lot.

That’s the hotel late. One of the rooms were so moldy that we couldn’t even stay in it then move us to a new room where there was ants all over the bed and floor. It was dirty not clean at all. I work for a hotel and I was very unsatisfied

Staff was friendly, breakfast had a nice variety, room was clean, and the WiFi worked well. The only thing that bothered me was during my Check in, the person checking me in announced my room number and directions to it while there was another customer present. I was alone with my children and disclosing that info posed a risk to our security.

When I arrived at the property to check in, I was given a room on the second floor (no elevator). After arriving at the room, the key card was defective, so I had to return to the front desk. The staff gave me a key card to a different room. When I arrived to that room, there was a dog inside of a kennel in the room that someone had abandoned (or the room was still occupied by another guest). I returned to the front desk for a second time and was given a third room. The key card was also defective for accessing that room. After returning to the front desk for a third time, I was finally given a functioning key for a new room. While I waited for my third room, multiple other guests were at the front desk complaining of dirty sheets, uncleared rooms, and other room issues. The room was not particularly clean, but it was OK for one night. The hotel seemed understaffed.

Perfect location for vacation headquarters

Perfectly located near Ark & Creation Museum. Grocery store and Mexican restaurant across the parking lot so didn’t even need to drive there. Multiple restaurants within the 1 mile service area. Safe. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The original room was not cleaned and we had to move room. The TV was not working and we had to get another one. After that all was good.

The young woman who checked us in was wonderful. The bed was almost comfortable. The linens were clean. The carpet was beyond filthy. I wore my shoes intil i hot into bed. The "sofa" was filthy and falling apart. I put my luggage on it. The desk chair was worn out and rickety. "Caveat emptor!"
