Needs some changes
The check-in staff took a non business phone call while checking me in and it made the process longer plus she was abrupt and rude. She didnt tell me anything about the wifi, where my room was, the breakfast hours, or checkout time. When I asked for another key she huffed then shoved it at me. Also, no cookies and all the guest coffee and hot water urns had only dribbles left. This was at 6pm. The room was okay, dated, and needing repairs, poor caulking, broken tiles, noisy tiny fridge, etc. There was hair on the bathroom floor, mold around the windows that I didn't notice until the next morning, the sink hadn't been wiped down and had toothpaste in it. Just lazy lack of attention to detail. The worst part though was the two employees at the front desk making fun of their boss saying he came in drunk and fell down the stairs and they let him drive afterwards. The gossipy superiority of these two was insane. The elevator was so slow and they were so loud, I had to listen to the whole thing. It was terrible! I would be irate if I had employees like this. Breakfast was okay, pretty good variety.

My worst stay in a hotel ever. This was a one night stay and just needed a clean place to rest on a long trip. Started well enough durng check in, although having to go find the desk clerk hangiing with friends by the pool should have been a clue. The room was what i expected upon entry. After grabbing dinner we returned to find the bathrooms not cleaned and used soap still i. The soap tray of the shower. The bed was hard and pillows flat. The ac could not hold 72 degrees and i had to adjust multiple times during the night. The thing that really set us off was just after midnight a continuos beeping sound began to come frome the hvac system. Only one staff member on duty we tries to mak due with a nkise app on our pbone. We may could have changed rooms but being in the hvac ducts it was not a sure thing to fix the problem and we would have had the hassle of moving. I will pay more for a quality hotel next time.

Front desk staff extremely pleasant and courteous. The front desk lady said check out is at 11:30 but you can stay til 12 for nothing extra. House keeper knocks on door at 11:50 saying check out at 11:30 and she sat outside the door talking about us in a different language. Husband said breakfast was good . Overall 4.5
