When we visited, one of the two elevators was not working and it made any coming down or up the room so frustrating to have to wait so long. We ended up using the stairs for most of our stay. Due to this same issue, room service had a hard time going from floor to floor so we ended up not having room service some days until later in the day that we’d just opt out of it. The first day that we got there my kids found crumbs of food all over the floor and the door handles were a little sticky. Overall the value was good as well as the room and the staff was always nice and helpful.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. There is so much to do within walking distance of the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and the shower was nice. The staff were friendly and if we needed anything they were helpful. The only thing we had an issue with was, this is a pet friendly hotel but you have to leave the property to find a place for them to potty. This is the only thing we had an issue with. I feel if you are going to be a pet friendly place there should be a designated area for guests to take their pets to relieve themselves. Other than that we had a great time!

My floors were dirty and bathroom dirty. found bugs in room. Could not use any of the amenities. Could not use pool table because kids were playing until 1 a.m. and could not use pool because only 5 people were allowed or the you would have to pay a fine for more than 5 people
