Het vakantiehuis is enkel te huur van zaterdag tot zaterdag .
Dit charentaisehuis in kalksteen, is een voormalige boerderij en gelegen in een heel rustig gehucht van de gemeente Couture in het noorden van de Charente tussen Poitiers en Angoulême op ongeveer 750km van Antwerpen. Hier is nog geen sprake van licht- en luchtvervuiling en ’s avonds kan je duizenden sterren waarnemen.
Het huis heeft een open uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, combi-microgolfoven, koffiezet, senseo, gasfornuis, ijskast met diepvries, strijkijzer en stofzuiger. Er is een gezellige eet-en leefruimte met houtkachel , flatscreen- TV, DVD en RADIO-CD speler met bluetooth .
Internet gratis beschikbaar.
Een oase waar je tot rust kan komen, ver weg van alle drukte en de dagdagelijkse sleur. Een stukje natuur dat leeft op het ritme van de seizoenen; lange wandelingen maken of ritjes met de fiets,mountainbike of motor zijn hier dan ook de ideale omgeving voor.

In de tuin, voorzien van tuinmeubelen en parasol, kan je in de zomer gezellig buiten eten. Een BBQ staat ook tot jullie beschikking voor een lekkere maaltijd en als het te warm wordt kan men onder de oude lindeboom of het zwembad verkoeling zoeken.
De woning heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de velden en men kan er wilde dieren spotten. Buiten is er een grote tuin met een authentieke broodoven en een stelplaats voor fietsen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de auto.

Gîte Sous le tilleul avec piscine hors sol!

Superbe séjour, au calme et à la campagne! Peu profité de la piscine à cause du manque de chaleur, mais promenades à vélo au milieu des champs. Sinon, idéalement placé entre La Rochelle, le Futuroscope, Angoulême, Cognac... et tous les châteaux de cette belle région. Adresse à garder!

Vacances entre amis avec enfants

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le gîte de Christine. La météo nous a permis de profiter un maximum de l’extérieur. Tout l’équipement qu’on attend d’un gîte est Présent et la communication avec Christine est très simple par mail. Le lieu est tel que nous le montre les photos.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce gîte plein de charme où tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Le gîte est très bien équipé, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le cadre est très reposant. Piscine et jardins très appréciés par les enfants. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Christine et Guy sont réactifs et ont répondu à toutes nos questions.

calme, confort et maison bien équipée!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, la maison est très bien équipée, les lits très confortables, la salle à manger peut être un peu petite pour nous 6, mais nous étions surtout attirés par le très beau jardin et tous ses atouts : les jeux, la terrasse, la piscine (un gros plus par temps de canicule!), les vélos pour faire de belles balades en fin de journée et surtout, ce grand tilleul qui nous a protégé de la chaleur. Pour terminer la maison est située dans un endroit très calme, loin du tourisme "de masse", tout en offrant de belles balades et visites aux alentours. Bref, un endroit qui mérite à être connu !

Très beau gîte, espace jardin et piscine pour profiter du calme, des ballades à pied ou à vélo près de la Charente et autour du gîte. De jolis villages à proximité.

Stil stukje paradijs

Gelijk na aankomst voelde we ons al thuis in dit mooie karakteristieke vakantiehuis. Zeer mooi gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving. Heerlijk om in de comfortabele tuinstoelen te genieten van het vogelgezang en gezoem. Het huis is enorm gezellig ingericht. De betrokken eigenaren Christine en Guy hebben er op alle mogelijke manieren voor gezorgd dat je hier kunt genieten. Werkelijk aan alles is gedacht. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer en slaapkamers. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen in het bed op de eerste verdieping welke is voorzien van een topper. We kunnen dit vakantiehuis dan ook echt aanraden.
