The welcome was warm and friendly, one of the best I’ve ever had. Room had been renovated and very thoughtfully. Great shower head. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The “renovations” are not up to what I would expect from a Coast hotel, or any hotel at this price point. Black mold in the bathroom beside the toilet. Toilet paper thin enough to see through. The rooms don’t have microwaves. The shower doors are on the wrong side so you need to turn on the shower from inside of it. You get sprayed with cold water before it can warm up. They only have blackout curtains so to get any natural light in the room there is no privacy. Old ceiling leaks improperly repaired. After a leak the drywall should be replaced or at least be treated for mold above the ceiling, not just re-textured and painted. There are no irons or ironing boards in the rooms. Single pane windows so you can hear everyone walking past extremely loudly. There are amenities close by, but there is a fence around the whole property so you can’t walk there without going around the whole block. The exterior outlets on the building are not GFCI outlets as required by electrical code. With all due respect it looks like the owner just tried to do the renovations themselves instead of getting qualified contractors.

This is the second Coast Hotel I've stayed at and it's the best place to stay for a reasonable price! It's very clean, the shower is AMAZING and the staff are so friendly and accommodating!! A little while after we checked in, we got a phone call from the front desk asking us if everything was to our satisfaction, and if we needed anything, they're only a phone call away. I've never been treated so well before! If I could give this place more stars, I definitely would!!

We were welcomed by a delightful receptionist. the facilities were updated and clean. Located in a convenient location with easy parking. Only thing I would mention was that the place was kind of chilly but otherwise everything was perfect. we would definitely come back.

Top notch customer service

Great customer service from the start to the end of our stay. Greeted with utmost friendliness by the manager and receptionist at check-in, who showed us the amenities, offered us drinks from the coffee machine, and showed us our room. Check out was excellent as well. The room was newly renovated and clean. The only issues were a very loud washroom fan and that during sleeping, the hallway lights shine through the roller blind edges and the air conditioner makes inconsistent noisy sounds which make it hard to sleep if you need silence.
