The room was reasonably priced, very clean, it had a kitchen with useful enough pans/pots/utilities to cook the basics, it was spacious and private, hot tub/spa tub in the room, very good internet access for streaming or getting a little work done, friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out, and it appeared the staff and management cared about the look of the rooms, grounds, and buildings. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. We had a very pleasant stay and will return again.

The room was quite nice, but is outdated and aging now. Sink countertop was dated marble and fixtures were once gold plated, but have rubbed off. Grout in the shower needed to be cleaned. The decor was nice and more modern, but the matress wasn't the most comfortable.

Staff were great but I texted in about loud guests between the hours of 1-3am and did not receive any reply or acknowledgement. I wish someone was checking on these messages overnight and could have asked the loud guests to curb their behaviour. Other than that, the hotel stay was good. Wish the tv’s were a bit larger for these old eyes. Very out of date tech, could use a refresh.

The property itself was nice and the staff is nice but the only problem I personally came across was the power outage when I was using the hair dryer and purifier. I understand things happen. They were suppose to replenish (clean) my room after the second day of staying, they miss clean my room. When I call them for housekeeping, the person just bought my towels some garbage bags and I have to my garbage myself. Originally, I left some money for the people who were going to clean my room for me but what happen was not acceptable from their housekeeping. Once, their from desk people were very friend that I got to admit.
