A very poor experience, on multiple fronts

Nice enough place on the surface. But internet only working about half time (and very slow). "Hot breakfast" truly among the worst I've ever experienced. But the real kicker was they seemed to be running--right in the area behind the check-in desk--some sort of day care operation for Down Syndrome infants/children. Young kids shrieking LOUDLY, off and on, for hours throughout the day. Impossible to work or read even in one's room. Have never experienced anything like it. Would definitely never come back.

Most importantly, the room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Drinks were made to perfection. Gionni(?) at the front desk, was super friendly. She always had a smile. We arrived directly from the airport, so the water and cookies given at check in, were greatly appreciated. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is because the rooms need to be updated.

Council Bluffs best hotel value!

Perfect place for an overnight on a 24 hour drive. At 12 hours we stopped here because of the price. To our surprise it was not only a great price, but the cleanliness, full breakfast, and staff made it a very pleasant stay. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here!
