The property was clean, but smelled musty like they needed to run the air when not occupied. The master bed slept well. The air conditioning kept the place plenty cool. My kids enjoyed the outside area, but the dart board shown in the pictures had all broken darts. Each bathroom came equipped with only one roll of toilet paper, so you'll probably have to head to gas station at the main road to grab more during your stay. The house met our needs for a couple day stay while going out on Pickwick Lake. It's very close to the marina.
