New independent house of 80 m² on the ground floor, 20 meters from a magnificent cove and a few minutes' walk from several beaches, including the famous Argent Beach. Starting point for several hikes offered nearby (dam, scrub, cork forest ...)
Outside, a large terrace in the shade of two magnificent mulberry-plane trees overlooking a garden with trees and flowers, with everything you need to take your meals in the great outdoors, with friends, relax (hammock, deckchairs, barbecue. ..)
In the opinion of many tenants, the house is very pleasant to live in and ideally located. Guaranteed parking. Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
