Beautiful new hotel, room is modern , huge, and beautiful. I give it 10/10. However the reception area is incredibly small , crowded and noisy. Every time I walk pass the reception, it was full of people like I am in a market. Check in was a long wait and slow. It certainly didn’t match a 5 star hotel label. I give it 2/10.

Check in counter was terrible. The mainlander always want to skip lining up and there is no staff to control the situation. Buffet dinner was tasteful and there are lot of choices, gym room was good too.
