Amazing place and view!

View from the apartment was spectacular! The place was clean and had so much space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Reserved parking was a plus. The pool was crystal clean with a wonderful view of the lake as well. Location wise, we thought it was perfect! I’d recommend if you have a car. Not much in walking distance but the lake was less than 10 min drive. Grocery store close by.

Sehr schön!

Kleine Hürde zum Start: Unter google Maps wird man nicht direkt an die richtige Stelle geleitet - somit ist die Adresse (zumindest ohne Hilfe Einheimischer) nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Am Objekt angekommen fischt man sich zunächst die Schlüssel aus dem Briefkasten & kann mit dem Auto in die Garage der Wohnanlage. Toll, dass es hier einen Aufzug gibt - die Ferienwohnung sind im 2. Stock. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut, jeweils ein Schlafzimmer für die Eltern, eines für die Kinder. Wohnzimmer / Küche geräumig und gemütlich. Okay, stimmt schon - es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es passt schon. Auch der fehlende Duschvorhang im Bad, wäre ja eigentlich recht einfach zu lösen. Aber auch okay. Denn: Wenn man dann aus dem Fenster oder vom Balkon schaut, haut es einen echt um. Diese Aussicht ist mit das Beste, was man sich vorstellen kann. Blick ins Tal auf den Gardasee, wie von einer Postkarte, Auch nach einer Woche konnte ich mich daran gar nicht sattsehen. Vielleicht gut zu wissen: Der Pool wird wohl meistens von den Anwohnern abends wieder abgedeckt und nicht zwingend am nächsten Tag wieder aufgedeckt. Nach einem netten, kurzen Telefonat mit der Verwalterin der Immobilie wurde uns erklärt, dass man gerne jederzeit selbst den Pool wieder aufdecken darf. Geht auch ganz einfach und ist in 2 Minuten erledigt. Fazit: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ich könnte mir gut vorstellen, dass wir wieder mal hierherkommen!

Insgesamt gut bis sehr gut Lage traumhaft mit Aussicht. Wenige Verbesserungspotentiale: Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kleine Schönheitsreparaturen wären sinnvoll. Der Pool sollte auch im September öfters Mal gereinigt und gewartet werden. Sonst Top
