Great staff . Older rooms .but clean and maintained. I occasionally need a less expensive room and this is a great place with no bugs, unlike some other local lower cost motels. Thers a small fridge microwave and a mini coffee pot.coffee and tea. I bring a full size one . There’s a clean pool and Jacuzzi too. You can walk to Mothers market and several restaurants and bars and more at Triangle Square. all other things you might need are just blocks away. The beach, major shopping movies etc are all short

It’s a rare older less expensive motel with No bugs! They keep it clean and well maintained. Staff is very nice and welcoming. A fridge and microwave make it convenient . Some other low cost motels in the area charge extra for those or don’t have them. I’m a single senior disabled female so quiet and safety is important. There’s a pool and jacuzzi. It's a good family destination too.

Room needed a remodel. Toilet was not flushed and had urine and toilet paper in it. Toilet seat was wet. AC unit had buttons missing. Furniture was cloth material and isn’t able to be sanitized between uses. Should have furniture that is able to be wiped and sanitized between uses.
