There was a cockroach in the bathroom and rat poop in the bed sheets! The towels were very small and there was no housekeeping to replenish them I had to go to the front desk every day to ask for new ones. The breakfast consisted of packaged pastries, coffee and cheap orange juice. I was very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

Had to stay there because of the computer shut down on the airlines. Was only a an average hotel, had to stay a second night because of the shutdown and the room right went up by $75, they should have been able to help me so I didn't have to pay the additional $75. But no help.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, Neel was kind and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty run down, there were stains in the sink and shower, cigarette burns on the table, the flooring seemed new, but you felt like you were sinking in some parts of the room. The exterior was equally not pleasing, cigarette butts littered the outside (which may have been from the Hooters in the same parking lot). Neighbors were loud, partying around midnight (not the fault of the hotel, but it did not help with the comfort of sleeping). Overall, for the price, I've stayed in far nicer places.

It was not great! The room was dirty, worn out furniture. The bath/shower looked like you could get athletes foot, the key card machine didn’t work well. Had to go to the lobby for new key card. The room was very noisy as it was right next to the freeway.

This hotel is rundown with holes in the bed covering, dirty stained towels, and extremely noisy. This hotel is next the very busy 405 Highway with no sound barierl Very difficult to sleep with loud trucks and cars going buy all night long! I asked to be moved but the hotel staff asked for additional money and was very rude. Stay away from this hotel is you plan on sleeping

Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry, the shower was dirty, and there were live roaches in my room. I took pictures and videos then went to the office to complain. I asked for a full refund and refused to stay there. I would recommend nobody ever stay at this hell hole.

Reception staff first put me on the 3rd floor. When I got to the room, someone was working on it, painting the walls and all. Got transferred to the 1st floor, gave me a room with 2 beds when I booked 1 QS bed. One of the beds had holes on the sheets.

The two associates at the desk were very good. I was having issues at the bank and they were most accommodating in expediting my room for me. The hotel interior was quiet but the outside bar/restaurant was extremely noisy.

Don’t do it. The property is not maintained and the room was not clean or comfortable. The towels were stained and thinner than a paper towel. I wasn’t confident that the linens were clean either. Staff was often unavailable and used a ‘we will be right back’ sign and not even answer the phone when you call front desk. Avoid this property if you can as there are plenty other options in the area.

Terrible rooms stink, walls are dirty, maggots were found in our luggage after staying here. The first night we arrived we had ask to switch rooms due to tub clogged, room absolutely filthy, stained bedding, maggots in the bed. The second room was little bit cleaner not much they dont sweep or mop after walking in the room our feet were black, cigarette burn holes in all blankets on both beds. Requested room cleaning and new bed spread to replace the burnt ones that came with the room was told someone would be up by 5 no one ever came. Next day Requested again to have my room cleaned and again someone will be up its 3 oclock we just got back from the ocean and wanted a shower no cleaning had to get a shower for our kiddo, no towels dirty room again still no new blankets. After again Requesting a room cleaning and frustrated at this point they said the clean every 2 days, they finally sent someone that couldn't understand that we are all showering to go eat to come back in a little. So, the room never got cleaned the entire stay. Hotel has a pool but is not kid friendly, the rooms that have 2 beds only come with 2 towels. The breakfast is nonexistent its just cheap pastries with coffee and juice. This is my worse stay ever at a hotel and definitely wont be staying at a La Quinta ever after this one I have see crack hotels cleaner and nicer then this place and staff doesn't care. In the process of contacting the corporate office. Theirs only1 gentleman that works here who care
