The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a dining table ideal for shared meals, and flowing naturally into the rest of the space. The kitchen is a small, open-plan area fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, while the second is a smaller room fitted with 2 single beds. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. A small balcony is accessible directly from the living area, extending the living space outdoors and offering a pleasant spot to relax.
