Once a bustling bed and breakfast, the home now belongs to an adventurous family who has transformed it into a warm and inviting retreat. The house is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere for those who love to wake up with the sun and enjoy the serene surroundings. With ample space for remote work, the farmhouse offers a perfect balance between productivity and leisure, making it easy to enjoy lake views while getting things done. We have recently renovated the barn on the property into a game/bar/hangout area with a large bay door that opens facing the water!

The property boasts a private dock, where you can cast a line and fish in the tranquil waters, or launch a kayak from the secluded outlet for a quiet paddle through nature. Its central location is ideal for explorers, with Saratoga Springs, Vermont, and several ski mountains just a short drive away.
