Stayed for 1 night, fire alarm went off at 3am. Everyone went to the muster point. One member of staff had a really bad attitude and another came outside with a clipboard asking people for their room number. This would work if he had asked everyone instead of asking a couple of people and then missing some out and then asking others. It was an absolute joke. Turned out to be an issue in the control room. Finally got it turned off around 3:30am we all went back to the rooms. Just about managed to fall asleep again and bang the alarm goes off again after 4am. That was enough for me I got up and left. If you want a sleepless night and rude staff then this hotel is right up your street. Definitely not for me.

First time in a holiday inn, great hotel the food was expensive for a plastic and tomato sorry cheese toasted sandwich maybe i would have enjoyed it more had it been toasted !! TV in my room was not working so had to walk a long way down to reception to get help that was done straight away, a lot of talking after i had gone to my bed from where i do not know as my bed was so so comfortable that i put up with it, would definitely stay again

Very nice room except that the mattress was awful and had a big dip in the middle and could feel the springs. Rung reception and managed to change to a room 2 doors down. Not ideal to change rooms at midnight but was unable to change mattress. Staff was very friendly and the man on reception was very helpful when changing rooms

Lovely stay

Stayed before taking on a running event locally the next day and was spot, Spacious clean and quiet rooms. Just off the motorway so not to far out our way. Breakfast was lots to choose from shame we had to be away early to full enjoy it all.
