Villa Il Cubo is an ancient manor house whose origins are lost in the tradition of the rural past of Tuscany. We find mention of the villa already in the old documents and maps of the end of 1700. The villa is only a few km from the beautiful town of Cortona, famous all over the world for its works of art, the Etruscan memories, the narrow, stone lanes and the noble palaces. In the small village of Fratta, less than 1 km away and easily reachable on foot, there are some shops and services.

The villa is divided into six independent units, each one with its own kitchen corner, but at the same time is endowed with a very large and fresh living-dining room with sitting area and kitchen placed on basement floor, where the big groups can easily stay together. So it is particularly suitable for several families who can spend their vacation together still maintaining their own privacy and autonomy. At clients' disposal Wi-Fi access, Satellite TV and air conditioning. Furnishing is simple and functional and guarantee a good level of comfort.

Basement: with access through internal staircase from ground floor, wide living-dining room with kitchen and sitting area with sofas and Satellite TV, small bathroom (washbasin and WC) and laundry closet.
First Floor: with access through internal staircase, living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom with balcony and private bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom and private bathroom with shower.
Second Floor: with access through internal staircase, living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath. Living-dining room with kitchen corner and double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. From the living room, through a wooden staircase, access to a mezzanine with double sofa bed and small bathroom (washbasin and WC) and to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
The villa has a nice, completely fenced and well-kept garden, covered car spots, table tennis, mountain bikes and a beautiful swimming pool with gazebo and pergola equipped for outdoor meals.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit € 600 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning € 300.
Energy costs Euro 30 per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg.
Heating Euro 30 per day (if used). Air conditioning Euro 30 per day (if used)

It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.

Tourist Tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

Methods of payment by bank transfer: at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
