The room was very clean and service was wonderful. They provided a shuttle to get in and out of town. Wish there was a shuttle pick up in town - or an easy way to have the shuttle come into town - but I made it to my hotel eventually.

We had a good 4 night stay. We enjoyed the view from the restaurant patio and the breakfast was good. Parking was easily accessible and the hotel’s location perfect for our itinerary. Some issues with the shower not maintaining water temperature - fluctuating frequently between cold and hot and the room balcony, while having a view - only had one chair. We would however most likely return.

Cortina d'Impresive! Don't miss it!

We booked well in advance and this hotel was the only one with availability. We were thankful to be able to get it as Cortina d'ampezzo is spectacular. This hotel is a little bit outside the main part of town, 1 km, so glad it was quiet and convenient for us. Breakfast was okay, parking was free. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Could not recommend more!

I could not recommend this hotel more!! We stayed here for three nights in a triple room and it was super cozy and clean I was honestly shocked. I don't think I've stayed in a hotel this clean in a very long time. The front desk staff also knew us every time we went down and were so friendly. They helped us call taxis, knew which table was ours for breakfast, and were just overall incredibly nice. Will definitely be coming back here!

On linea 1 bus route. Stop right outside. Good breakfast included - fresh made croissants. Questionable if air con worked but cooled down at night anyways. Wish there was more communication between Expedia and hotel for payment/payment schedule. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure for shower.

The room was extremely clean and very well furnished. We were upgraded to a bigger room with balcony. The view from the hotel balcony was really beautiful and the room had additionally a mini fridge and a safe. The hotel has a reataurant which offers dinner as well (though we did not dine there). The location is around 3km away from the city center which can be reached in 5 mins with car. Reaching the popular Tre Cime region is also quite easy. Having a parking right infront of the hotel was also really useful. The breakfast buffet was not as per expectations to be honest. The quality of breads was average and scrambled eggs were not up to the mark as well. The cakes did not seem fresh and were quite dry. Though we did not need require using the television, the TV remote was not functional. There was water coming out of the shower cabinet which was making the floor always wet after a bath. Overall it was good for us, but expected certainly better.

Outstanding room and service!

Our stay at Des Alpes was wonderful! We were given an upgrade in our room so we had a nice deck area to look out to see the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fabulous! There were many choices of delicious and healthy food to choose from. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we realized we had left our passports in the safe when we traveled to our next town. They went above and beyond to help us remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend Des Alpes for travelers to Cortina.
