The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 705 is a 3 Bedroom Unit that only rents as a One Bedroom. The 3 Bedroom layout is very spacious and offers privacy for your beach excursion with your loved one. The ½ bath of this unit is open for use during rental, giving no need for anyone's discomfort. This unit is on the 7th floor and offers phenomenal views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Mustang Island.
Unit 705 is decorated in premium beach style décor and furnishings while very spacious! The Balcony facing the beach is large and offers fantastic views from the inside of the condo as well. The Kitchen is beautifully designed with marvelous taste and it's more than just pretty! This Kitchen is Fully Equipped for all of your needs. The Living Room furniture is comfortable and cozy so you can sit and watch a movie on the 42” Flat Screen TV.
Enjoy the comforts of home in this Master Suite specifically designed for comfort and luxury during your beach vacation. There is a King sized bed and 32” flat screen TV. Wonderful ocean view
Our condo at the Sandpiper was very well furnished and the view was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the kites being flown and listening to the oceans roar. We wished it was a little closer to Port Aransas, but we would stay here again.

Wonderful, relaxing and quiet
The building and unit were extremely clean and well maintained. It might have just been that it was early April (not spring break or summer), but it was a nice quiet place with just some laughing and splashing from the pool if you were out front. Super short boardwalk to the beach was very easy and having a place to grab chairs to use instead of lugging you own from your house with you. Beach isn’t as wide as it is closer into town so there is not anywhere near the amount of car traffic as I expected.
Overall a great unit! The mattress didn’t work well for my back, but others might love it.
We will definitely be back.
