This coastal beachfront three bedroom two and a half bathroom condominium is a fabulous end unit that not only has amazing dune, ocean and horizon views from the living and master bedroom balconies BUT also overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool area from the second and third bedroom balcony. Sandpiper 101 requires NO elevator use so no waiting for elevator access! Stay on the main level to access the boardwalk to the beach or a quick walk down one flight of stairs (right outside the entrance to our unit) to access the pool area or the game room. (Equipped with ping pong table and …..) Hands down the best unit location to watch your children at the pool while having a cocktail on the balcony or to just sit and enjoy the beauty of the pool (especially in the evenings).

With wall to ceiling windows throughout you will always have views to enjoy, even from the kitchen. The centrally located kitchen is spacious with a large granite center island and plentiful granite counterspace along with a breakfast bar and three bar height wicker stools. All appliances are stainless steel. It is equipped with most everything you will need to prepare most any fare.

The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, dresser, desk and chair, a comfy swivel chair and ottoman and a wall mounted TV . There is a large walk in closet and a private bathroom. There is a private balcony with two chairs for private time and your coastal viewing enjoyment.

The second and third bedrooms lead into a small hallway that leads to the shared second full bathroom. This area can be shut away from the main living area by a louvered door for additional privacy. These two bedrooms share a long balcony which overlooks the pool area. The balcony has a table and four chairs and is perfect for morning coffee.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and chair and TV. There is a nice sized walk in closet.

The third bedroom has two twin sized beds, a dresser and a TV. There is a small closet. oce

Unit 101 offers games, cards and so many books for you to enjoy during your stay.

The Sandpiper front desk offers complimentary beach and pool towels plus umbrella and chair rental seasonally. Ice may be purchased here as well. Upon your arrival you will drive under the porte-cochere to check-in and unload your vehicle. Luggage carts and shopping baskets are provided for your use. There are outdoor grills on upper deck and cabana pool areas. Complimentary travel size soaps, shampoos, conditioners and lotions are provided.

Sleeping arrangements most comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children. Two adults per bedroom. There are two comfortable roll away beds.
