The AC broke on the second night. No one came to fix it. I had to leave the windows open while my were kids there. The drawers were broken so we couldn’t store our clothes in them. We weren’t able to wash one pot because it was extremely hot in the room. They left no dish soap or detergent to clean. They decided to charge $155 for an unclean towel, and one dish! Beware of these scammers!

We liked how close the property is to the beach-walking distance. The communication with the management was good and their response to helping us was excellent. The unfavorable aspects included the condo being older and in need of repairs. There were very dirty areas inside that the housekeeping had to come and clean. They needed to change sheets on the bed which were stained and dirty they also scrubbed the bathtub. The bath / shower is usable but needs replacing. Very beat up and dirty in appearance. We had to re- clean that ourselves. The door frame broke down and we had to call management again. They got someone out to us after an hour. He fixed the frame temporarily and we felt safe with the results.
