The room was okay but it was on the second floor. We always prefer the first floor for medical reasons. I heard the staff tell the man in front of me that there was nothing available on the first floor, so I didn't bother asking. The staff was dishonest, because she gave the people behind me a room on the first floor. You might think that they made the reservation first but I know I had my reservation days before them, because the next ones to check in were my daughters! We had the exact same room with two beds!

The hotel always looks good and smells nice. Check in went smoothly. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well, but we had two small roaches in the bathroom, and one that went behind the mini fridge. Staff was okay, not friendly but not rude. We tried to get breakfast at 7:20am but almost everything was gone by then on both days.

The fact that it shows you have a hot tub but doesn't work was a huge disappointment and I had to go ask for towels my room only had 2 bath towels 1 face towel and 1 wash cloth The room had a bad mildew an dog smell which was also in the hallways. I won't be staying there again.

The property could use some upgrades. The room had a moldy smell, the toilet kept running, and the mirror had black stains. The bath towels could also be bigger. That said, the bed was comfortable
