Enjoy views of the Gulf from this three-story, four-bedroom luxury home. As part of the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Club, enjoy access to various luxe amenities, including the pool, on-site dining, golf cart included with private beach access just 600 feet away. This is one of the four homes facing the resort-style swimming pool. Venture out to specialty boutiques, galleries, and restaurants in downtown Port Aransas within minutes!

Lounge on a brand-new queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs around the 75-inch TV with live streaming services including YouTube TV, Hulu, HBO Max, Netflix, Disney Plus. On the third floor, you'll find an office nook and a large balcony with views of the lake and Gulf. Whip up dishes in the well-appointed kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Enjoy meals at the six-seat dining table, or perch at the kitchen bar for three.

Two first-floor bedrooms offer one king and queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle below in the other room, 55-inch TVs, private access to a patio overlooking the pool, and en-suite baths with a walk-in shower. One of the baths can be accessed via the hallway. The second-floor bedroom has a queen over-queen bunk with a twin trundle below, TV, a private balcony, and a guest bath with a walk-in shower. The third-floor master suite features a king bed with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a reading nook, and a TV. Concoct a drink at the wet bar with a wine fridge and enjoy sunsets from the master balcony. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are open year-round ( heated during our cooler season) and a designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Head to on-site Black Marlin Bar & Grill for seafood and live music. Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned nine-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
