With only a 5-7 second walk to the pool and a 5-7 minute walk (less than a quarter mile) to the beach, El Cortez Villa 123 offers a family friendly environment perfect for a Winter Texan's or if you're planning a long weekend stay.

El Cortez Villa's offers 2 swimming pools and a newly built golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. A quiet atmosphere offers guests a nice relaxing time by the pools, where grills are located nearby.

El Cortez Villas are a 5 minute drive into Port Aransas where you can find a full day of shopping and restaurant experiences during your stay. Don't worry if you don't have your own boat because Port A provides plenty of private and group fishing charters. Enjoy beautiful sunsets with a Jetty cruise or catch a ride on a dolphin watch tour. There's always plenty of surf fishing just a 7 minute walk to the beach.

Fully stocked kitchen makes dinner easy to prepare but there is also B-B-Que pit's behind the pool if grilling is your choice. A TV is provided in each bedroom and in the living room. Free wi-fi too! This unit also has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
