The rooms was very clean. The only issue we had with the room was the broken fridge. What we did not like was the pool area. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, it was full of sand and we even found a massive clump of hair floating in the pool.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and never had an issue. We had a reservation for 6/20-21. Check-in was at 4 pm but we were at the beach and going to the hotel around 6 or 7. We get a call and a VM saying our cc was declined and if we didn't call back in 10 minutes our booking would be canceled. Well, we were at the beach and missed the call. Long story short, my cc was fine. They put in the wrong expiration date. We had to drive back home the same day due to a lack of hotel rooms and a price increase for a short notice. We will never stay at this chain again. The lady I spoke with was rude and did not care. Their mistake and it cost us a needed mini vacation. I called the corporate office and made a formal complaint. But it's too no avail and we will not be back!
