I was skeptical when first coming(we had a bad stay about two years ago, but my husband booked it himself). The very nice lady at the front was very helpful and hardworking. She was very informative and will call you back if you the call isn't answered. There is a working ice machine, breakfast, washing machine, bbq pits that we used and a pool. Very affordable and we had absolutely no problems. Was a very short drive to heb, Rockport/fulton beach(in the minutes). We will definitely be back again.

Convenient to beaches and several good restaurants nearby. The place was adequate for our stay however it is in need of more attention by staff. The basic items such as floors and shower were clean. I would recommend a quality checklist for the staff. When we got there, there was only one towel, no iron. TV remote didn't work. Simple things that shouldn't be overlooked.

I booked this hotel super last minute and they were kind enough to let me check in around 6am with no problem at all. The family who runs it is very polite and welcoming you can tell they really care about their guests. The outside area is beautiful, and the pool was surprisingly nice and well kept. For only about $63, it was an amazing value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!
