This newly built Smart Home offers everything you want with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, an in-house elevator, and unobstructed Gulf views from all three levels. Step inside the open-level first floor to find a fun living space filled with game tables, a plush sofa angled towards the large TV, a convenient kitchenette with a wet bar, two sets of XL twin-size bunk beds, and a full bathroom.

Make your way up to the second level and you'll discover two king-size primary bedrooms, each with balcony access and private ensuite bathrooms. Two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom can be found on this level as well, including a fun bunkroom.

The third level at Playa Vista is where you'll find the main living and dining area. Comfortable furnishings surround a large Smart TV, ready for movie nights. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and indulgent kitchen amenities including a wine cooler, free-standing ice maker, and a Smart TV. Find casual barstool seating at the spacious kitchen island or gather together at the dining table for shared meals and good conversation. A queen-size ensuite bedroom and convenient half-bathroom are also on this level.

Playa Vista is full of unique details that elevate your vacation experience. You'll love the electric blinds & stair lights that can change colors. In the garage, you'll find parking space for an electric vehicle and an EV charger, as well as a commercial ice maker and full-size refrigerator. The half-circle driveway offers parking for six.
