Amazing service from the lovely staff at Bancuang Mansion. They were very accommodating and happy to help out with washing, airport transfer and even upgraded our room! Very clean and great facilities, just a short walk from the centre of Coron town. Would highly recommend

Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. Hotel offered free dinner buffet for all guest for New Year's Eve which was unexpected and delicious. Only downside is the steep stairs. Not recommended for elders or people with disabilities.

A nice place, very clean. Biggest issue is the amenities were lacking, tv would only get maybe 3 channels, not much privacy the doors were not sealed fully. And no elevator so every time you left your room you would climb a ton of stairs.. but overall a nice place

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. And the hotel is wonderfully situated in town, close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the internet connection is unsteady / unreliable. The drawback to Coron is the limited activities available. If you’re not out on an excursion on the water, there not much to do. Also, the hotel is 25-30 minutes away from the beach.

This hotel is right across a noisy gas station. This hotel does not have an elevator. My room was on the 5th floor and I had to climb five stairs multiple times each day. The hospitality of the staff is very poor. I left the hotel before earlier than my scheduled departure and moved to another hotel in Coron.

Bancuang Mansion was beautifully decorated. The staff were all very attentive and polite. They were accommodating to all our requests and even brought us towels at the pool without us asking. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. We had breakfast there every morning and a couple of lunch and dinners. There were other restaurants near by as well and the main town is walking distance (just down the street).
