This beautifully decorated home boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living room area with cathedral ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a movie night on the LARGE 75-INCH SMART TV in the living room or catch a glimpse of the lighthouse from the family room or front patio. For added comfort, the family room features a queen sleeper sectional sofa and gaming/computer HDMI wall jack. This condo has a variety of puzzles and games for guests to enjoy. This is a great way to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the town.

The spacious kitchen comes equipped with a 10-foot center island with seating for 6, full-size appliances, ample cookware and small wares (Keurig, drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, crockpot and more) to make your stay as convenient as possible when you want to eat in.

Laundry is a breeze with the full-sized washer and dryer located in the laundry closet.

Unwind in one of the two king bedrooms, each with a 43-inch smart TV, ample closet space, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers the added convenience of USB chargers built into the nightstands, computer/gaming HDMI jack, large dresser and a private bathroom with a large shower and hair dryer. The guest bedroom features 4-drawer nightstands and direct access to the guest bathroom with tub and shower. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, extra blankets and pillows, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all included for added convenience.

Step outside to the covered private front patio and soak in the view of the lighthouse while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. For outdoor cooking and dining, there's a grill and an outside shower. Beach gear is provided and is stored in the convenient shed (4 beach chairs, 2 taller bag chairs, umbrella, beach cart) for transporting everything to the beach.
