Less than relaxing

Distanced too far from the beach, no parking near the beach, found garbage in the beds and on the floor of multiple rooms. Found roaches on multiple occasions in the rooms. Pool and tennis courts said to be part of the rental were not available without a pass which was not provided.

Property is nice

There were those little ants on the kitchen counter. I called Village Realty and they sent someone out fairly quickly to spray. Location is nice…near everything in Corolla. Walk to Beach is 1/2 mile but it’s doable. The main bedroom is on the 3rd floor with the kitchen so if you can’t handle a lot of steps, this place is not for you. The wrap around deck on the 3rd floor is great. And there’s a gate you can close so your dog can stay up there. I wish there would have been some games or “leave one take one” book shelves. The mattresses were not the greatest. Overall it was a lot better than the house we stayed in last year in Nags Head.
