This place was a dirty mess.

This place was dirty, had spiders and spider webs everywhere. Spent the first 2 days of my vacation cleaning. Nothing in the description is accurate. Said it had beach chairs and items for the beach, everything was rusted and dry rotted. This house needs a total overhaul and extermination inside and out.

Don't Worry Beach Happy

Several bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The sunroom chairs cushions were severely ripped. Bedding in one of the masters was very stained. Windows throughout were very dirty. There were cobwebs at most doorways. Decks and pool area were very unkept. However, the biggest problem were the numerous spiders in the bedrooms which appeared every single day--property needs to be exterminated.

Gave 4 different explanations and kicked us out despite no violation of contract

They kicked us out because the owner decided after our arrival that they prefer “a generational family”. No where was that explicitly written in the contract. Also many bugs in rooms, and crap stains on toilet seats I had to clean myself.
