Property is severely old and tired. Floors are in terrible condition in common areas and rooms. Piilows looked like they were 25 years old. Made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and walking in room .

It was a good property in the heart of the downtown. I would recommend checking for festivals which make access to the property a little challenging. Overall great stay,just hard to access during downtown festivals

Hotel is old and needs a facelift. Foid in the pub wss poor grilled chicken ceasar old lettucr snd chicken seemed off. Soup was wsy too satly. At one point while eating some fella came out and yelled across the dining room "SHUT IT DOWN AT NINE!"

The rooms definitely needs a big time upgrade. The tiles in the shower is dirty, the room smelled of dirty carpet, and so does the chairs in the room. The sink in the room was dirty and very old.

Without a doubt, the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I lost count of how many hairs were scattered throughout bathroom. The carpet was stained and musty. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The bed was clean but that was it.

Room we occupied was dirty, dated. I don’t think the new owner cares about the state of the hotel. He came, put his name on the door and left. Peeling paint, cobwebs, dust, slap up repair jobs. The toilet paper dispenser is barely hanging on with 2 nails. Staff is wonderful but they have only so much to work with.
